A comparative study of the implementation of organic food in school meal systems in four European countries Organic Eprints
Nielsen, Thorkild; Nölting, Benjamin; Kristensen, Niels Heine; Løes, Anne-Kristin.
Based on national reports from Denmark, Finland, Italy and Norway, describing the school meal systems and to which extent organic food is integrated there, this report identifies differences between the four countries and experiences made with organic food procurement and the dissemination of organic ingredients in school meals. Such knowledge will help to understand the possibilities and restrictions for increasing organic food in school meal systems, and to reveal the room of manoeuvre for public organic food procurement for youth in each country. "Regional Madkultur" Fødevarenetværket på Sjælland Organic Eprints

Jylland gør det, Fyn gør det, Lolland Falster gør det, Bornholm gør det, men Sjælland gør det ikke – endnu… Rundt om i Danmark er der etableret netværk af små fødevarevirksomheder. Virksomheder der går sammen i netværk og markedsfører sig i fællesskab, og som har aktiviteter, der sætter fokus på lokalt producerede fødevarer selv ud til den yderste spids af Skagen. Sjælland er et af de sidste steder i Danmark, som endnu ikke har etableret et netværk for fødevarevirksomheder.
